With RTE, manage your contractual data in just a few clicks

You asked, we listened. A new personalized customer section of the RTE is set to open on 29 October, giving you online access to your contractual data.

The new personalized customer section will be your gateway to RTE's online services, providing you with access to all the data you need to manage your contracts or balance perimeters.
By using a personal certificate for each user, data is kept completely confidential and every action performed in the customer section can be tracked.

With just a few clicks, you can access:

  • copies of invoices for all types of RTE billing (including a service enabling you to download and archive invoices form the last year)

  • contractual documents

  • annual reports

  • TarTAM reports

  • a dynamic list of your RTE contacts

  • a summary of balance perimeters
You can also submit online requests to change contractual power levels or apply for temporary power overruns.

This online portal will be enhanced with new features in 2010, in response to your requirements and suggestions.
