France - Belgium interconnection
For exports and imports, yearly and monthly capacities are offered in explicit auctions and daily capacity is made available to the market coupling. An allocation using a prorata mechanism is used for the intraday timeframe.
In case of unavailability of market coupling, daily capacity is offered to explicit auctions.
Intraday allocations are operated by RTE on behalf of ELIA and RTE.
