RTE publishes the new access conditions to the interconnections.

RTE publishes the version 2.0 of the Rules on Access to the French P T S for Imports and Exports, the version 1.0 of the Capacity Allocation Rules for the France-Belgium Interconnection.

The Rules on Access to the French Public Transmission System for Imports and Exports set out the conditions in which a market actor can use interconnections between RTE and TSOs in neighbouring countries. In accordance with European regulation, they allow explicit auctions for the capacities allocation on a periodic and a daily basis.

The Capacity Allocation Rules for the France-Belgium Interconnection, jointly written with Elia, described the specific allocation mechanism for the France-Belgium interconnection.
