Because the Internet is a daily work tool for many of us, this portal facilitates our exchanges and makes your relations with your commercial contact at RTE even more efficient by allowing you to access your data whenever you want to.

The RTE Customer Services Portal has been available for almost a year now, providing providing a space devoted to dialogue and consultation of your contractual data.

It is accessible in a few simple clicks of your mouse and is secured by a ?PKI certificate' solution guaranteeing confidentiality.

You can use this space to consult copies of your invoices, or the summary of your Balance Responsible Entity perimeter.

Your portal is now even more complete...

The second version of this space is available, as from today, offering you lots of new possibilities.

  • The accesses > You will systematically be able to access all the functionalities offered by the site. Depending on your company's organisation, and if you are the administrator, you will be able to independently manage which accesses you give to your colleagues.

  • Invoicing data > As well as copies of your invoices, you can also find all the details of your payments here.

  • The BRE perimeter > Here you can view your current or future Balance Responsible Entity Perimeter perimeter, and even the one that was used to set up an invoice in the past.

  • Your contacts > In this section you can print or consult the contact details of the RTE contact persons that you call upon for your day-to-day operating needs. Thanks to the RTE information system you can rely on a constantly up-to-date list of your contacts. And if there is a change in one of your colleagues' contact details you can directly modify online their details yourself.

Lastly, to make your relations with your commercial contact at RTE even more efficient, you also have access to a dialogue box allowing you to ask questions and place files online.
