When setting down the conditions of your network access in contract form, you must:
- name a Balance Responsible Entity and a Programming Entity.
- sign an agreement attaching you to their perimeter.
This Balance Responsible Entity may be:
- your supplier
- a player who has signed a participation agreement with RTE.
It is also possible for you to purchase electricity from a supplier other than your Balance Responsible Entity via the Block Exchange Notification service. This service involves notifying, within the same day or on a day-ahead basis, the sale or purchase of a block of energy to another Balance Responsible Entity, or the delivery of a block of energy to a remotely metered site.
