Block exchange notification

A Block Exchange Notification is a declaration made to RTE, by its two signatories, serving to identify that a declared energy supply (or block) can be withdrawn from a given Scope and injected into another.

Block Exchange Notifications make it possible for :

• two Balance Responsible entities to exchange energy blocks between each other,
• a Balance Responsible to supply part of the eligible sites belonging to a scope other than his own.

The Block Exchange Notification graph gives monthly increments for :

• The number of NEBs contractually in force on the last day of each month,
• Primary energy exchanged monthly between the two types of NEB described above, all counters included.

Data for month M will be made available before the end of month M+1.
