Allocation and nomination IT system

In order to meet the market requests, RTE has decided to modernise its interconnection congestion management IT system and to implement the ENTSO-E standards which are essential to the harmonisation of the data exchanges at the European level.

Since September 2010, RTE uses MORGAN system to manage:

Monthly and daily allocations and secondary market on France-Spain interconnection
Intraday allocations on France-Belgium
Periodic, daily and intraday programmes nominations on all interconnections except IFA
