RTE has created a Personalized Area of its website for all customers.

As part of its continuing commitment to providing customers with all the resources and services they need, RTE has created a new interactive and personalized section of its website, specially for customers.
The new interface provides online access to contractual information in a secure and confidential environment.
The Portal can be accessed via Internet for users with electronic certificates. These certificates are issued by RTE when users sign up for services.

In this special new area of the website, customers will be able to:

  • submit requests to modify Subscribed Power values
  • notify RTE of Scheduled Temporary Surpluses

It will also give access to the following:

  • invoices (copies) made available immediately
  • annual reports
  • special terms and conditions and amendments to the Transmission Network Access Contract (CART)
  • TaRTAM reporting
  • Balance Responsible Perimeter summaries
  • The list of customer contacts at RTE
