Our organization enables us to remain close to our customers:

Nationally and in Europe, RTE's customer service advisors maintain relations with our customers' senior management and purchasing departments. They are split into two National Units: the Key Accounts Service and the CNES or National System Control Centre.

Locally, RTE's customer service advisors maintain relations with the managers in charge at our customers' sites. They are split into Regional Units covering the whole of France.
