RTE involved in a long-term relationship with customers

Neutrality, fairness and confidentiality commitments

We guarantee customers of RTE access to the Public Transmission System with complete neutrality, , transparency and fairness. We also respect the confidential nature of commercially sensitive information.

These commitment are grouped together in a Code of Good Practice stipulated by the Law of 9 August 2004, a report on the application of the code is drawn up each year and submitted to France's energy regulator, the Commission de Régulation de l'Énergie (CRE).

The report also includes a summary of complaints and claims lodged with RTE by its customers, and the way they are handled.
