RTE attempts to ensure, as far as possible, the accuracy and updating of the information on its site and reserves the right to correct the content at any moment and without warning.
However, the information communicated is for information only, including the hyperlinks or any other computer link used directly or indirectly from this site and information of a financial nature. Nothing in this site can be considered as a sales or services offer or the concluding of a contract.

RTE shall not be held responsible for:

  • damage of any kind, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the RTE official site and particularly any operating, financial or commercial loss of programs and/or data particularly in the user's information system with regard to the RTE site ;
  • damage of any type, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the content and/or the use of Internet sites linked to the RTE site or to which the users could have access through the RTE site ;

III- Intellectual property rights and use of data from the site

All data contained on this site, considered as an indivisible whole, in whatever form, is the sole property of RTE. It is protected by articles L. 111-1 to L. 343-4 of the Intellectual Property Code.

Any reproduction, representation or diffusion of data for reasons other than personal, of all or part of the content of this site, is forbidden without the written, prior agreement of RTE and the Publications Director. The person not respecting this obligation takes civil and penal responsibility for this action. RTE reserves the right to undertake legal action against any person not respecting this interdiction.

This interdiction is notably valid within a computer networking environment using links. The presentation of a page on this site in a window not belonging to RTE (by the "framing" technique) is also forbidden as is the insertion of an image belonging to RTE into a page not belonging to RTE (by the "in-line linking" technique).

Any visitor can consult the information given on this site as long as these are used exclusively for personal, associative or professional requirements. This right of use cannot be transferred.
